We are very happy with our experience at Mattress Firm and specifically with Scott. When we walked in, he introduced himself and then let us look around on our own at the different mattresses we wanted to try. He was available when we had questions and was very knowledgeable.nWe had planned on ordering our mattress online, but with the deal Scott gave us we ended up with a mattress and a new frame as well for a very good price.nThe delivery team was very good. They brought everything in and set it up. Even after I asked them if they could redo the frame with the extensions, they agreed and redid it for me.nnTop shelf experience from top to bottom. We've only had the mattress & frame for a couple of weeks so far but everything so far has been great.
The staff was very friendly and has lots of patience. They gave the best deal and also worked on our budget. Scott Robinson is the best. He did a great job! I would recommend this place for sure. They have many options to choose.
I was given extremely great customer service by a professional gentleman by the name of Scott. He took his time and showed me everything that I needed to choose what I wanted in my mattress. The establishment was clean and inviting. I will recommend to anyone who’s in search of great customer service, affordable mattress and bedding accessories. I specifically went to this location because of reviews stating how friendly and helpful the manager, Scott Robinson, was. I was not disappointed. I hadn't bought a mattress in a long time, and had no idea which mattresses would be comfortable for me. Scott selected some mattresses for me to try, explaining the features of the different types. I was able to eliminate many of them after lying on them. I finally narrowed it down to three, then to two. It took me a long time to decide between those two, as they were equally comfortable. Scott never pushed me toward one or the other, even though one was much more expensive than the other; nor did he act as though he was in a hurry for me to make a decision. I greatly appreciated the time he took to make sure I would find the right mattress for me. I purchased one, and it will be delivered in six days.nnI would like to add to my comments. I was not happy when the truck arrived with my mattress and I was told they would not take my old mattress and box spring away. I paid extra to have this done. I showed the receipt to one of the guys, and he called someone who said that if I paid for it, the old items should be taken away. So it turned out OK, but I was still upset that the correct instructions weren't sent with the delivery guys (who, by the way, were very nice).
The store is very well kept. Scott (the manager I believe) was incredibly helpful and friendly, even interacting with our son while we were there. It was just him there taking care of the customers the first time, the second time he was training someone. Despite that, he was very attentive to people, never making us feel forgotten. Delivery was within a week. I would highly recommend going here.
