I called Stove King on a Saturday and someone actually answered the phone, not a recording. That was a plus to me. I explained my problem to the man and he knew exactly what the part was that I needed. They ordered the part and we set up an appointment for installation at 10 a.m. Warren was at my house precisely at 10. He fixed the problem and I can’t say enough good things about him. Excellent service! Highly recommend due to great price and incredible service. We bought two retractable awnings for our very sunny deck --and the materials and installation were done SOONER than promised with excellent results. This very hot summer, we are especially grateful for the shade -- and for the extra help in programing the automated clicker. when we misread directions Stove Kings owner and techs all went out of their way to assist in every phase of of selection installation and follow up. Absolutely will buy from them again - for our fireplace, new stove or more terrific awnings!

When they serviced my gas fireplace last month they did not reassemble the components correctly. The result was exhaust fumes in our house. After multiple calls and e-mails I was told they could get someone to my house in 3 weeks. They should have come to fix the problem that day. I reassembled the fireplace myself and found that their forcing the door closed permanently damaged a locking clip. I have e-mailed 3 times in the last week with no reply. My advice is to stay away. Find someone else.
