On Dec 10 2020, I had a visit. First one in years.Doc was sweet. Everyone was nice. Then I got a call that my “results “ were insufficient. They scheduled me back on Dec 30th telling me it was a NO CHARGE VISIT. On Dec 30, I verified with receptionist that this will be a NO CHARGE visit. Then of course, I get a bill after they bill my insurance. I’m still waiting for them to figure this out. It absolutely infuriates me that my first experience to this office and they don’t know what no charge means.

I saw an OB here and was treated very poorly. I had some issues in my pregnancy and while she was helpful sometimes she treated me as if I was a burden, she snipped at me and was always short. I kindly told her I felt like she doesn’t always listen to me and she told me that I could find another doctor if I felt that way. I had called to see if I could switch OBs and the office never called me back in fact when I went back to the office all of them were staring at me and whispering and the office wouldn’t let me switch. So I ended up transferring to GR. Wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone

They were able to get me seen quicker than expected and most of the nurses we're nice. Dr. Mixer is an amazing doctor

Horrible office. I've had problems for years. From doctors here refusing to treat me and respect my personal choices with my body to nurses making fun of me and laughing outside my exam room about me,as well as pretty rude doctors,never getting an appointment that's not 2 months away. I would never recommend to someone.
