Great pizza. Kinda disappointed at the price increases at one of their locations, but overall, I still love the pizza and I love the people. They're all very friendly and willing to help. Possibly the best pizza I've had, other than Tiffany's pizza in Monroe.

As I am next door waiting for my vehicle to get worked on, i walked inside Jcups to order my salad! I was greeted by the friendliest gentleman as soon as I walked through the door. He had a great big smile and seemed to enjoy his job, which he was very speedy at! My salad was great, but thanks to the man working, the atmosphere was even better!!

It's one thing to buy a business and then make things better, but for J-cups on Alexis to now offer a medium pizza for 5$ when it used to be a large. And the employees are apologizing for not putting on enough sauce because the owner Andy wont let them makes me not want to visit there establishments anymore. The portions size are less and charging more money is not a great quality of a business that did offer more for your buck. This is my opinion and I feel that you can only put the least on a pizza til it's not a pizza anymore. My business will go elsewhere for my pizza hunger. Goodluck J-cups pizza.

I really like their beef, onion & mushroom pizza - it is the absolute best! They use mayo instead of tomato sauce. We prefer to omit the green peppers that normally come on it. Their other pizzas are good as well but this one is our favorite.

Customer service was great. Very friendly and profressional. Pizza was fresh and made to perfection
