It wasn't very long ago.. Lowe's was my favorite home improvement store, and I still do the majority of my shopping here, but now I have to find almost everything myself or spend precious time trying to find help. Not the fault of Lowe's, seems to be that way everywhere anymore. The quality of employees seems to be the same all over. Work ethic should be taught at school. It certainly is only taught in a few households now.

They were very helpful even though they were very busy. We bought a new gas grill, and a young man name Tim was very helpful to us and polite. He also helped us get the grill in our vehicle. Management should know what a good employee they have with him. In case there is other Tim's the one I am rrferring to worked Friday afternoon April 9 around 3 30 pm.

Employees can be very rude. I must have been the first customer of the day and when I went to leave the automatic door didn't open. I went back into the store to let the first employee I saw know that I couldn't get out and the door wouldn't open, and she yelled at me that I'm supposed to come in the other door. So I asked her if I'm supposed to leave through the other door too and she said no you're supposed to leave through the door that says exit. I told her that the door that says exit wouldn't open and that's why I was asking her to help me and she said that it's an automatic door you just step in front of it and it opens. So I showed her what happens when I step in front of it and it doesn't open. It had been switched to off so it wasn't opening, but she was treating me so disrespectfully that I couldn't believe it.

If you've ever been to Lowes, then likely you know they are basically similar in overall experience. Not in a bad way though. This location is no exception. Clean isles, and pleasant service/staff. Everyone seems to always be smiling. I found that you are more likely to be aaked by someone for help in the evening hours (6pm through close).
