The people are awesome so i'd like to give them 5 stars for that. But if I could give them less than 1 star for picking up their phone I would. It don't matter what time of day you call, no one picks up.

These guys are super awesome. I was so crunched on time and I really needed medication for my puppy and Ashraf (I think that's how you spell it) was super kinda and helpful. Thank you so much for this seriously amazing customer experience

My prescription list online has not been brought up to date since 2019, and I Have prescriptions filled since then up to April of 2020. it’s hard, no impossible, to get refills online with this pharmacy. Since I am a senior citizen I cannot go to the pharmacy myself to get this fixed. This is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy but it definitely increases my desire to change my prescriptions to another Smiths where my daughter shops as they do a better job! My daughter or son in law have to pick up my prescriptions at this pharmacy and they also have had a lot of problems getting the prescriptions on line and correctly done up at this Smiths.

We have used this Smith's Rx for over a year and have been satisfied with their service. But today they really shined! My wife needs to be at the airport by 10:00 this morning, and Smith's Rx opens at 9. They initially said it would take 25 minutes, but when I explained the situation, Vladimir told me they would do their best, but they only had 2 technicians working right now. They were done in about 6 minutes. Thank you Vladimir and Beshaw and everyone else for going the extra mile to help us!
