I live in Texas, but had to get my prescription mailed from Hillcrest Pharmacy in Utah. Ryan the pharmacist gave me a call after speaking with my dermatologist and his seamless professional manner immediately put me at ease. He got everything set up with no issues whatsoever and was kind and courteous to boot. When I needed a refill, all I had to do was call in and we got everything taken care of over the phone in just a couple of minutes. Even though they are out of state, I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism displayed by Hillcrest Pharmacy and will continue using them whenever possible.
Hillcrest went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a difficult delivery of my prescription, investing time and money that they weren't required to do. I really appreciate their kindness, and will be happy to interact with them again.
