I have been taking my dog to Thrive for over a year now. For the most part I’ve been satisfied. We took my dog in for an appointment for a torn CCL. He’s had the surgery on one of his knees already and the symptoms this go around have been the exact same as before. We saw Dr. Charlie Gold, and not only was he incredibly disrespectful, he didn’t listen to what we were asking at all. We politely asked if he would take an X-ray since we would like to send it to the surgeon for their opinion and he said that he couldn’t as he didn’t deem it necessary. I would normally recommend Thrive to a friend, however this past appointment left a lot to be desired.

I had to make a hard decision of putting my kids dog of 15 years to sleep. They gave me 2 difficult decisions to make. I took the option to let him not suffer him any longer. They were so kind and caring. They let me stay with him for as long as I need to be with him. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff at Thrive in Midvale! Every single one of them have been wonderful to me and both of my dogs! And I will continue to take them there and recommend them to everybody I know!! Thank you so much!!

They were fantastic calm and very helpful in getting our cats infection taken care of. They helped put me at ease and provided clear and straightforward next steps

Unwilling to provide a physical address or customer phone number (from the big corporation that takes your money!). People are forced to use their phones to "manage" their accounts. If one decides that one wants to cancel the membership...they make it impossible! Don't give them your credit card numbers!!! Use only a provisional with limited money in it or you will be forced to be a "member" forever!!!

I went to Thrive Affordable Vet Care for my dog's (Obelix) yearly examination, vaccinations and pre-consultation for neutering. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Eric Clough and the rest of the team. I will definitely come back, and would strongly recommend their affordable Adult Complete Care package that includes : Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP Vaccines, Heartworm Test, Intestinal Parasite Screening and Dewormer.
