Dan hooked us up with a great bed set. With the expectation of shipping delays due to COVID-19, we understood that there would be a bit of time to get our bed set. Management and staff are great and stand behind their products. Overall very good experience!

We have done business with Household Appliance for DECADES and have had nothing but excellent products and service! We have particularly been impressed with their service, in terms of expertise, timeliness and fair pricing....even though it has been rarely needed due to the quality of their products.
The service department is terrible. I have an extended warranty through Whirlpool but they told me to use a different repairman as “it’s too much paperwork!” for them. Also when the pump quit 1 week after warranty expired they said “too bad”. I called Whirlpool and they replaced it free!
