What a great guy! Quoted a fair price, showed up when he said he would & was very professional. He even called because he was ahead of schedule to show up a little early which worked out great for me. He took pictures of the issue because I'm scared of heights & sent them to my phone. Definitely hiring him to fix my leaks as soon as I give notice to my landlord. Should be about a week or so. Will update after the jobs done as I'm sure they will do a fine job.nnThank you so much!
