After dropping off a script around 2:30pm, (Good Friday/Easter Weekend) the woman at the drive thru told me to come back in an hour. I returned around 4:00pm and “Brandy” in the pharmacy told me it wasn’t processed. I was extremely upset due to the fact that I had to get the script before I flew out to Houston the next morning. Thankfully for “Brandy” she went beyond the normal protocol to get my prescription up & running and out the window in less than 5 minutes. She was professional and kind to say the less. I didn’t get harassed like I normally do being that it is a schedule II narcotic, she treated me with ease and I will definitely be returning due to the well mannered customer service I received from her. Props to you “Brandy” for going up & beyond your normal duties.

The pharmacy has changed staff and the employees are rude disrespectful don’t care about patients and don’t take the time to do their job correctly

I'll never go to any other pharmacy as long as I can help it. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.
