Dr Zalewska has been caring for my husband for ulcers as well as colonoscopies for the last three years. She is wonderful! Very professional and straight to the point. Her staff is always professional and friendly! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you everyone!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very nice bedside manner. However, I could only get appointments with her PA and not with her. Also, the day of my scheduled procedure, she cancelled while I was en route to the appointment. Overall, I was disappointed.

Trying to book a colonoscopy is very difficult. Receptionist Kelly was very rude said I was giving her a “guilt trip”.

Dr. Zalewska is a great doctor. I have had excellent care by the staff and herself for over a year now! My issue with them is their scheduling, or just trying to reach the office on the phone at all. Every time I call; to set an appointment, pay a bill, or ask a question regarding a medication, I am on hold for over 30 min before I speak to someone. Then I am often put back on hold a few more times before the situation is handled. I have to make these phone calls on my lunch, as I work business hours Monday through Friday. It takes my whole lunch just to find out what time I made my appointment for.

About 2 weeks ago, I tried calling to make an appointment, but could only leave a voicemail. Few days later I called again to find out they will call me in a few weeks if the doctor didn’t write STAT on the order. I called back again and after waiting over a week they put me in contact with the surgical boarding , which was another voicemail. Now it’s been 2 weeks I just got a call to schedule. I had the testing done somewhere else yesterday.n5 years ago when I had this same test done at this location it was also the same run around with trying to schedule. I won’t go through that racket ever again I found a new place.
