This doctor is awesome he listens to you like for real. And he doesn't judge like most doctors do. And he's professional but also friendly, caring and has emotions. I think that is very important in a good doctor.

Wonderful doctor, Dr. Veneri, so kind and compassionate. Very good experience here, nurses very efficient.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Everything is automated, with iPads used for checking in.nnModern facility with quite a few (12-15?) prep chairs and procedure areas. Pretty relaxed, although I did note in my couple of encounters (setting appointment, waiting for procedure) that the nursing staff wasn't as kind as they could be in dealing with patients who were most likely anxious.nnEverything was explained fully, I was cared for and felt like they managed everything well. In and out quickly--it just would be nice if medical personnel recognize that a 'routine' procedure isn't routine for most people.

I have to only give this place a 2 because of how nice the nurses were to me on the day of my procedure. Otherwise the rest of the scheduling staff is ridiculous. I had GI bleeding for weeks, I went to PCP, they got me in the next day for my consult to the next day and they rushed my procedure for the next week, but made me wait 2 months for my results. ( Who does that?) which they then sent in the mail to me as abnormal. No one ever called to tell me what my portion of bill would be, and to talk to anyone youre on the phone for a good 15 minutes. Dr. Veneri is a nice doctor, but I will not be back. I hope my PCP can figure out if what and if I have anything because I feel this was such a waste!

An hour and a half in the waiting roomnIs completely unacceptable. My husband was there for a colonoscopy. Considering the preparations for this procedure, I consider this smount of waiting to be cruel.
