Bobby was super helpful and knowledgeable making sure that he understood exactly what we want and need. This is the second time I have ordered from US Mattress - love the convenience. We insist on double sided mattresses (they last longer because you can flip them) and they have a great selection. But the shining star in today's transaction was Bobby. He was such a pleasure to work with! I have been in retail management and customer service my entire adult life - he is a keeper!! I would love to have him work on my team anytime!! Thanks Bobby!!!

Austin was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He walks you through the different types of beds and what the numbers mean. I knew what comfort level I liked upon arriving to the store. Austin showed me a few different types before conforming the comfort level. Once’s that was picked I told him the price range and I picked the best fit bed for me. Austin made the mattress buying experience easy and would highly recommend going and talking to him about all your mattress needs.

Today, 4/2/21, I spoke with Austin, the Customer Service Representative at JoyBeds Mattresses. I was shopping for a mattress, but because I have several allergies, I was very stressed in finding the right mattress and making a final decision. Austin was such a pleasure to talk to! He was very helpful, informative and patient with me while taking the time to answer all my questions and help me with any concerns I may have had at the time. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision I was uncomfortable in making. He was most kind and understanding to my needs! For such a very young man, he handled himself in a very professional, courteous and respectful manner! His mannerism was truly outstanding and better than all the rest! Thank you, so very much, Austin for making a very stressful situation into an easy, smooth and uncomplicated process! You're simply the best!!
