Awful experience! Had my first appointment on my birthday February 23, 2021 with Jayne Herbert. Had some red flags being asked the same questions over and over but thought maybe it was in an effort to see if my response would change. Had concerns about Jayne and her level of memory. However, I still scheduled a second appointment for March 13th as that worked well based upon my work schedule. I arrived 10 minutes early to make sure I get the most out of my hour appointment only to find no cars in the parking lot and the office was closed. Yet their website says open until 5 PM. I left a message and can't wait to hear back in regards to what excuse they're going to give! Jayne put me on the calendar for 4 pm on 3/13 I watched her do it. Completely unprofessional. Thanks for allowing me to spend more time on paperwork and pay 144 dollars to be asked exactly what I took the time to write down before my appointment. This place is not anywhere I would ever recommend someone seeking help goes to!

Imagine only having seen your patient once before. They express concern over a possible diagnosis; before they can give you ANY background information, you shut them down immediately and say your patient does not have that and say how stupid it is to think they would. Y I K E S.

I give this place only a 4 star because they make it mandatory to see a therapist on a monthly basis in order to see your psychiatrist. It is a total inconvenience to me having to deal with an unneeded therapist.

This place did way more harm than good. I should have listened to the other reviews. The ONLY good thing about this place are the kind receptionists.

My psychologist is very chill, and I like seeing him. The receptionists are always kind.
