Dr.Lucier is wonderful. However the two technicians at the Howell location are a joke. They don’t know what the hell they’re doing and they have no business working there.nThe one older lead tech(Julie) just walks around complaining and the other tech just simply doesn’t know what she’s doing.

The service at L.O. was great. Dr. Eston and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful. The computer aided check-in process was easy to use. The staff made sure the rooms and equipment were sanitized before the next patient was served.nnI highly recommend this office.

Everyone that I had contact with in this office was WONDERFUL! Such kind and caring people, from the gal at the reception desk, the people who did several different vision tests, the doctor, and the very patient woman who helped me find just the right frames for my new glasses. I have been going to another office in Howell for many years, and had several bad experiences there. My husband also has had enough of them, and he will certainly be coming here, when he is ready for his next eye exam. Every procedure was explained to me, and all my questions answered. It was so refreshing to be helped by such a professional and knowledgeable staff.
