Always excellent attitude and friendly personality. Very professional, yet welcoming. Always feel comfortable with her knowledge and professionalism when taking care of my eye needs. I would recommend anyone to go to her for care of their eyes. Her staff, at the office, is very kind and the medical professionals at the surgical center were very comforting and professional. I arrived early for my appointment. Wait time was very reasonable. Staff was polite and friendly. Everyone is professional and knew what they were doing. I was kept well informed throughout my visit. Doctor Eston met with both my wife and I for the exam. She answered the many questions we had in terms that were easily understood. I can’t see (pun intended) myself going anywhere else. Jeanette works well with Doctor Eston. Check-out and the scheduling of my next appointment was handled smoothly by Marsha. Obviously, I enjoy my experiences at LO Eye Care, otherwise I wouldn’t take time to know the people there, nor would I return year after year.

She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had trauma to my eye and was very nervous going in but her, and all the staff, were so sweet that I left feeling very reassured about the health of my eye. I did have a longer wait than most, but I think that’s because they squeezed me in the schedule due to the urgency of my situation. They were able to schedule me 5 days sooner than any other place I contacted. I would absolutely recommend L.O. Eye Care in Howell.
