Dr. Ben is awesome. I’ve had a lot of doctors in my life but he is probably one of the best. He’s a real person he’ll talk to you he understands you he’ll explain things. All I can say is I think he’s awesome

I really like Dr. Lee, and all of the support staff that are there. There is an exceptional office manager in charge, and everything runs really really good there. Easy to work with, and they like to help people.

Worst staff ever! You'll wait 15 minutes on the phone and at least a half hour or more at the office. Dr. Lee saw my wife as a new patient, but no one informed her that BCN needed him listed as her PCP. It was OK for him to treat her as her PCP, doing an annual check up, blood work, and refer her to a foot specialist for a sore bunion. We made the appointment with the foot specialist only to have them call and cancel the appointment and hour beforehand because Dr. Lee isn't listed as her PCP!nCalling the office and asking why Dr. Lee could treat my wife as her PCP, but not inform her that he wasn't, as far as BCN was concerned, elicited a rude response that it was OUR responsibility to know that!nSave your time, LOTS OF IT!, and go somewhere else.

Dr. Lee has been my dad's doctor for years. He keeps on top of his many medical issues and has referred him to very qualified specialists when needed. Dr. Lee went above and beyond to help my dad receive the care he needed after his recent surgery. I can't recommend him highly enough!
