Well my experience with this place has been aggravating and I haven't even stepped foot inside yet. I called for scheduling and was scheduled for 2 days later. I've been having severe pain in my left hand for awhile now, I've been to another ortho for surgery, but my hand has felt worse since then. Now I've been called the day before my appointment and I'm told my location has been moved to Novi from Brighton. So I had to call and reschedule a week from now, which mind you my hand has felt like it's been getting increasingly worse everyday. Not really impressed with this place so far. I hope I'm not coming into your office to waste my time, that's happened enough already.

Dr. Anderson and the medical assistant here are amazing. They are a knowledgeable group with care, compassion, and excellent ability to explain things to me.

Unbelievably bad experience. Terrible service and poor customer care. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Just left PT with Eric Neal. It was my first visit and I left with A LOT of relief already! He listens closely And does an amazing evaluation of Whats Going on as a whole.nI have chronic low back, SI joint/hip are-painnAlong with a knee issue for over 10 years.nI think this place might be it for me finally!

Everyone there is helpful, polite and always smiling. I didn't dread going, it was painless. Most importantly it made a drastic difference. I went from not walking on my foot at all to an almost full recovery! *AMAZING*
