Michelle went above and beyond to help my husband and I plan our 2021 Hawaii honeymoon. She really listened to everything we said and the whole process was so straight forward and stress free. She also made sure we knew exactly what we had to do regarding covid testing before traveling. We will definitely be working with Michelle in the future for every vacation :)

This travel agent, Michelle Bachmeyer, was awesome.. She helped me thru this whole process of planning a vacation.. Very informative...always went above and beyond..always made sure you were happy with everything being done for your trip....never once did she complain or give up on me with this covid issue while I was trying to get to Hawaii..for 8 months she had to keep changing my trip days and did it with a smile and great attitude... No complaints at all!! To me she's a 10!! Thank you Michelle... Can't wait for my next trip..ud83eudd19❤ufe0f

Michelle went above and beyond to work with our Family every step of the way creating our dream Alaska adventure. She booked our cruise and we were able to make monthly payments making it very affordable for us. She did research and helped plan the perfect excursions at each port. As first time cruisers Michelle made sure we were informed and prepared to have the best possible experience. Michelle is more than a Travel Agent... she puts so much time and care into getting to know her Clients and helping create special moments and priceless memories.

We canNOT say enough great things about Michelle & EVERYTHING she did for us!!! She hooked us up w/a beautiful all-inclusive to Cabo back in March. Prior to our travels, she kept in touch, sent us some delightful travel gifts, and made contact w us when we arrived at our resort to make sure everything went well. THEN while we were on vacation COVID Hit the states Hard. She stayed in touch keeping us updated on boarders closing/flights/etc. When everything got CHAOTIC, SHE managed to work her magic (not only for us but the couple we went with). She was AMAZING! SHE did so much behind the scenes getting our flights changed so we could make it back home BEFORE the boarders closed. We were able to still relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Not only that but she stayed in contact once we got back and made sure we got reimbursed for changes/flight/etc.nShe was SO impressive that we hit her up again, this time a LAST minute Vaca (less then a week's notice). She AGAIN impressed us w/her vast knowledge of what was available (again due to COVID restrictions) and hooked us up w/another beautiful destination! She is our #1 travel agent!!!
