I don't expect to be helped hand over foot - but it would be nice when I call and have a question to not be barked at by a seemingly overworked, underpaid, angry front desk staff. From the looks of the similar reviews, maybe you should retrain your front desk staff - particularly Minnie seems to be the culprit. You guys have a serious attitude issue toward patients, and my family that still goes to you and agrees with me. I just wanted a vaccination record and I had to talk to the office manager because of the level of rudeness that the front desk had with me asking for my own medical record. I didn't even need it immediately - they took my number and then never called me back. Please be better to your patients.

Ryan Knape is my PCP and he has been great. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and he is very thorough. He is friendly and helpful and knows his stuff. My boys see Kelsey Perry and she is the same way. Never rushes us out ...takes time for every detail. She is compassionate.

Avoid this office at all costs! Very unorganized group of people operating the front desk and the back office.

Would have had a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact that Minnie speaks to you like you are a child being scolded. I have never had that kind of tone come from anyone else in the office. I was made to feel stupid for even calling to make an appointment. I cannot believe it, I have been seen by doctors here since before birth and now I feel that it's time to find a better office.
