This particular medical provider is absolutely wonderful; absolutely no complaints about her whatsoever. The medical staff is the WORST I have ever encountered. I have clinical errors in my chart preventing me from being seen by Linda AT ALL at my appointment today that THEY rescheduled. I got to the desk for my APPOINTMENT and am being asked if I'm a new patient.... ?!?! I've been a patient of hers for over a year and have insurance and they asked if I have insurance or am a cash pay!!!! The left hand has no clue the right hand even exists. My family has been patients of hers for decades and love her. The office staff doesn't know the difference between a referral for 1 specialist or another and don't bother reading the forms. They are the worst lot I've ever had to deal with. I'm finding a new medical provider which is really a horrible process to go through. Thank you so much Linda!! You deserve better staff!!!
