Made a appointment for my stepson months ago. Went yesterday and they sent us to the Adrian hospital knowing no one was there.called the phone service within the same time frame and Diane the switch board operater said how sorry she was and go to the Tecumseh office and they will see you. this was about 4:20 p.m. appointment was for 4 p.m. so after driving a hour I chose to go to the Tecumseh office like Diane told me to. We got there at 4:45 p.m. door was locked they close at 4:30 switchboard operator didn't know that. Now little boy has hearing problems for months now. Diane said they would try to get us in ASAP. Call this morning sorry can't get you into July 1st. Really? Does that sound like somebody who's sorry for sending you to the wrong place.How dare they. Now I don't know how good the doctor is but their service stinks. And they're not too apologetic. Like their times more important than mine and that little boys. 6 more weeks he will be out of school for the summer break.We needed answers now.Get it together please our kids deserve better.one more thing.Place is difficult to find.use Google maps.its the only way.
