Came in to their location to talk about installation of siding. No sales person on the floor. Very disappointed. Person in the office took down my information. Still waiting for a call to set up at least an appointment.for an estimate.nnWith no home shows in Grand Rapids because of the Covid-19 it's difficult to find a good contractor.
Called and had rep. Come out and give quote on installing roof, we agreed on price and setup, never showed on time I called and talked to owner, he was rude to me and said I talked his person into lower price, he then sent out a bad sub contractor to do job, took forever and did very bad job, had leaks after, they came back and put sealer on instead of fixing and would not fix ceiling damage inside of house.would not recommend these people for any job. Also trim they installed really looks bad. They should have turned down job if didn't like price not sent out sub par people to do job. I hired them to replace roof not a subcontractor.
There work is very bad , I have to hire someone else that knows what there doing to fix professional home improvement terrible job, I’ll tell everyone I know not to use phi
I highly recommend Professional Home Improvement for your roofing needs! I had a problem roof with leaks around skylights (skylights themselves were fine but prior roof installation was faulty). I had several roofers look at my job. PHI was by far the most thorough and qualified. I definitely made the right choice in using them. Scott did a great job understanding my issues and answering my questions. His quote was very complete and the price was reasonable. Johnny and John were excellent to work with during the project. The entire crew (and there was a lot of them!) busted their butts and worked very hard for 12 hours! What a relief to know the job was done right!! Thanks PHI!
They put a roof on my home. Did not use the color of shingles I requested. They installed a new back door. It isn't the door I requested. They installed a front storm door. Not only does the door itself have defects, it was hung crooked. The back steps they built were not built with treated wood and the bottom step is almost 2 feet from the ground. When doing the roof, they dropped shingles so hard, it put a crack in my ceiling ! They have not returned to fix the window sill at all. I have called and called only to hear excuses upon excuses. They have my money and seemingly have no intention of doing right by me.nDo not use this company. You will not be happy. You will just be throwing your money away !!!
