Animal Emergency Hospital

I wish I could leave more stars! Our dog Derby was experiencing all yucky things - vomiting & diarrhea. We called initially to see if they felt we needed to come in or if it was something we could treat at home. They took the time to talk to us and explain pros/cons, things to look out for, and broke down what kind of initial costs we’d take on. For an emergency hospital to take the time to do that is beyond amazing and we were so appreciative. Fast forward to us bringing her in.. our dog is nervous and shy when meeting new people but went right in with staff no issues. They called and kept us up to date on how she was doing (even though their whole parking lot was full of cars). Every staff member we interacted with was so kind and helpful, and you could tell they cared! When discussing her medical history with a staff member, she already was aware of my dogs temperament and what calmed her down. The vet calling us to explain everything was so thorough and in terms we understood. They said she was loving being held, and for staff members to cuddle our stinky girl in her stressful time made our hearts so happy! She felt safe and loved and that’s all a pet owner ever wants for their baby! This all happened in the middle of the night and to have such great service, working with understanding and compassionate people, we just really couldn’t be happier! Again, I wish I could give more stars but I hope this gives other pet owners a glimpse of what kind of care they’d receive from this awesome establishment!

Such compassion. I expected this to be kind of robotic for a place like this, but they were so polite, professional, and courteous about the situation as a whole. They get a bad rap about their prices too. If u need to make some serious decisions there are a lot of different options. I would recommend this place to anyone for any emergency needs. Just ask them to explain the options if you need help, and they will help you find the best option to suit the situation. I loved my dog with all my heart and their handling of this made it as easy as it could be. Thank you all so much for your compassion...

Staff was very knowledgeable! Treated with kindness and answered all questions we had. Also let us make our OWN decisions and not pressured at all by the doctor or staff.nnBeyond impressed with the care that was provided for our dog! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you to all of you for your care and compassion not only for our dog but the family also!

We have a little Chihuahua mix who adores getting into things he shouldn't get into. I am so thankful for this wonderful animal hospital who has always given us and our dog the best care possible. Even though our little Frankie isn't always the easiest patient, they have been nothing but sweet and patient with him. I love their thorough notes and understandable invoices. The little details-- he was quick to get back into his bed, or how he was always excited for chicken, let us know they were actually checking up on our dog and not just going through the motions. Treatment wise, they explain your options and treatment plans in detail. While it is never a good situation when you have to bring your animal to a emergency hospital, at least we know we can trust our dog will get loving care here. Money well spent on the ones I love. I'm so glad they are open 24 hours, because emergencies at our house always seem to happen on nights and weekends, and it is good that we know where we are going to go if it happens.

We took our chihuahua there for an injury. I called before and the man I spoke to was to nice and explained things in detail. Then the vet was so sweet and very detailed on her findings. I would highly recommend them to anyone. And the prices for being an emergency vet weren’t as bad as people would think. Thanks to everyone there for taking care of my fur baby.
