I love the doctors and PAs here (the ladies anyway.) However, I've tried calling because I need a referral for a Covid test. I cannot get through. You cannot leave a message, you must wait on hold for hours while the same message plays over and over and over and over. It's taking up my whole morning and irking my brain. Please play music or something, I don't need the same message thousands of times.

This place is constantly busy and never seems available to answer the phone. It is useless calling here.
