Stuff is constantly broken, never gets repaired. Staff is rude, hours vary sometimes. Weak selection. Long time customer only out of habit and distance convenience.
This store is disgusting. Staff are rude and swear ti customers with chukdren around. Never have I been so disappointed in any experienced. I suppose the location may play a part of that. Have staff meetings with your crew and discuss proper customer service skills or hire friendly people. Lost my business for sure.
