Good customer service here the other night when I visited. I was welcomed by manager when I walked in and the lady at the register was really friendly during my transaction. I even signed up for their rewards program that night because I'll be back.

I come to this rite-aid often because it is very close to my work ( walking distance) I went in today 6/6/19 and did some shopping had 3 items and went to check out: the lady is standing there clearly sees me and doesn’t say anything. I wait a few more moments another works asks her a question and she then walks away.nnI left my items and am not going to waste my money at a place with horrible customer service!

I started going to Rite Aid after Fulton pharmacy closed. Because my pricriptions were transferred there. Over priced items. I only go after holidays when items are marked down on clearance. The manager who replaced long time manager Dan. Bad Attitude=Tracy=Rude

Pharmacy is 100 times better than Walgreens. I drive all the way across town just to avoid the one by my house. A+++
