I can't recommend Renee Austin enough!! I visited another bridal shop first, and considered canceling my appointment at Renee Austin because I had already found two dresses I love. I didn't think I would find another dress I loved more... But I am so, so happy I kept the appointment!nnRenee Austin is an adorable shop with beautiful dresses and truly provides the bridal experience, even during the pandemic (we visited in July 2020). I worked with Eliza and she was incredible. She is so kind and really listened to what I was looking for, and was even patient with me when I realized what I THOUGHT I wanted (long sleeves) wasn't going to cut it in the end.nnThank you for providing an incredible experience and a gorgeous dress!
I went to Renee Austin after going to a TON of other places. Eliza helped me look for dresses and really listened to what I was looking for. I explained to her the style I wanted and how I couldn't find anything that was fitting me correctly. She pulled a dress specifically for me, in a style that I had completely avoided so far in the wedding dress shopping process. And she encouraged me to just give it a try - and it ended up being the one I bought! This girl even pulled out sewing pins and adjusted the front of the dress to show me what the alterations would look like. I now work in the wedding industry and recommend Eliza and Renee Austin to anyone that asks! The customer service was amazing and I can't tell you how much I appreciate Eliza's skills!n(I purchased my dress + veil at Renee Austin in 2020)
Whether you are a bargain shopper or looking for the finest gown in Michigan... Renee Austin is where it's at. Made an appointment to try on some wedding dresses. I had a very tight budget of $500. I was very upfront about my price range and wasn't super sure what I wanted in a dress. The young lady who helped me was so patient and kind. Not to mention had all kinds of ideas for me. She brought me several different dresses to try on. I fell in love with one of them, it was my dream dress! Better yet, it was just over $400! So under budget AND what I wanted. My experience was exceptional. Very nice dress shop too. So modern and clean inside. It really makes the experience better in that kind of environment.
I had the best time at Renee Austin! Eliza was so amazing, and made the whole process just a dream. I cannot recommend this place enough! The selection is amazing, I was able to stay in my budget, and Eliza really helped me find my dream dress. I went during the sample sale and would recommend that to anyone with a tight budget. I can’t wait to wear my dress and will recommend this amazing place to anyone getting married!
Love love love this place! Paige did a great job helping me find my dream dress. She was conscious of my budget and picked the perfect dresses for me to try on. She never made me feel pressured to say yes or try on any dresses I didn’t like. Eliza checked us out and took my sizing and she was delightful as well! Beautiful shop with an awesome selection. They take their safety protocols seriously and it felt comfortable and safe: Couldn’t recommend them more!
