Misdiagnosed several times on separate issues. Given meds for ailments I did not have. Wrong appointments scheduled. Made me come in when I shouldn’t have been there. Extremely rude staff at times. Saw an actual doctor twice in the 4 years I was a patient. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because some of the staff is very kind and helpful, but they are definitely the minority here.

We have been very pleased with the support and professionalism by Dr. Garcia. We appreciate her thoroughness and reassurance at each appointment. She’s been friendly and more then willing to talk through things at each visit.

The receptionist was very mean and had an attitude on the phone. I was just trying to make an appointment... thinking about changing offices. I don’t want to go through that again.

I've been a patient here since I was 19. I'll be 42 in June. I've seen two of my primary doctors move on to new places and opportunities, but I stay because this is the place that knows ME. My constant is Therese Royce, PA. I prefer to see her over anybody. She's been a PARTNER in my healthcare for 20 years. She just doesn't stop fighting for me, and keeps me encouraged so I keep battling my health challenges too. My husband goes here now too. Laurie and Mary have been AMAZING in helping us get his diabetes under control.
