The store is nice, clean, and organized. The cashier is friendly, but I've had slow service more than once (usually because I'm waiting in line behind a slow customer, and they only have one cashier working). Sometimes you can find unique little gifts here, especially when you don't have time to go to a big retail store.
This Rite Aid always has what I need and when I need my Meds. They keep me up to date on everything. Roy is the best Pharmacist I have ever had him and John at the Sparta location take a lot of pride in providing their customersnLove it Keep UP THE GREAT WORK
Highly recommend. I have been with Rite-aid since my 1st prescription. I chose Meijer ONE time and was very disappointed with their service and how SLOW they were. It took Meijer 7 days (Literally) to fill an Rx and it takes Rite-aid less than an hr!
Always has everything I need, and the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful.
I will never go to this pharmacy again. My Doctor sent in 2 prescriptions.One they did not have in stock, and they said they would order it. When I called to see if it was there, they told me they had no prescriptions for me!!! I was standing right there when the lady told me they had to order it! Then they tell me today that prescription would be 110.00 with my insurance, went to Meijer and got the same prescription for 40.00. They were not only non professional, but way more expensive, NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in Rite Aid
