Physicians are good. I have never had a problem with physicians at this practice, but the nurses are not caring or professional. Had a virtual appointment scheduled, but it was cancelled for no reason, via email. As a practicing RN myself, I have been appalled by the unprofessionalism of the nursing staff. And the sudden appointment cancellation, without explanation, is just the final straw as far as I'm concerned. I will try to avoid Ascension Borgess at all costs, because seems to be pretty typical of any office associated with Ascension Borgess.
