I bring my niece to Bright Futures Pediatrics, I have always had a great experience. The staff is fantastic very caring and professional, everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff and Doctors as well as the billing staff. They are always willing to listen and address all my concerns, I never feel rushed when I am there.nnI also really appreciate that this office has a vaccines policy and makes me feel safe knowing that I don't have to worry about my niece sitting in the waiting room with unvaccinated children! I will recommend this office to everyone I know!

We love them! They are always so accommodating and caring. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. The nurses are friendly and are so knowledgeable! Whenever I call with a question they always get back to me right away. The doctors always validate my concerns and give me options/suggestions! We have been going here for almost 12 years and I can’t say enough good things!

I bring my 1 year old daughter here and she loves the staff! We are always greeted with a smile and love the atmosphere. I feel they really listen to my concerns and take their time with us. I would recommend this office 100%!

My two boys are patients at Bright Futures Pediatrics. We are quite happy with the quality of care they have received. The entire staff from the doctors, to nurses and front office staff are professional, knowledgeable and beyond caring. This is the best pediatric care you can get in Kalamazoo.

We have been taking our boys here for years. Great staff! Never any issues dealing with them for routine or more complicated health care issues. We do keep our kids updated on vaccinations for their safety and well being and the rest of the community. I appreciate that Bright Futures has a policy that the patients stay up to date on vaccinations.
