JP Pest sent their wildlife tech to inspect our house for the presence of bats and bat entrances. He was knowledgeable and explained the sealing and exclusion processes. On the scheduled work day, he thoroughly and efficiently accomplished the work. We are very pleased.
We called JP Pest Services after finding a bat in our fireplace. They came out to do an inspection and found a crack in our chimney flue. They recommended we call a chimney repair company, so we did not actually hire them to do any work. There were very courteous and professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend calling them if you think you have a pest problem.
JP Pest is our first experience with professional pest control and they are awesome! Quick responses from administrators, and super friendly and patient specialists who answered my many questions to help us understand what we needed and what the services would be. The manager of our area, Casey, even offered to do our initial treatment himself to ensure it was what we talked about.
