Is this place closed? No one will call me back. Answering service answers the phone every time I call then I get no calls back.

My partner and I had a very tragic year, We lost our 25 year old son to an overdose. We decided to build a 3 season porch so we would have a quiet place. Our dream of an outside, piney, wooded enclosure was started. As it grew we thought it would be nice to have it for the fall and spring and possibly winter. We visited every stove, fireplace store within 25 miles of us. When we were greeted by Eric and Dave at Energy Unlimited in Marlborough we felt like we had finally found someone who understood what we were looking for. They didn’t know our story but guided us thru the process of helping us buy the appropriate stove. They were very honest with us. Their crew came out to look at the layout. We found the prices were pretty much universal wherever we went and they were the only ones that gave us a discount. ERIC responded to my emails very quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Old fashioned service you don’t see anymore.

The staff and owners at Energy Unlimited are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. Their product knowledge is impressive. I purchased a Lopi Large Flush Hybrid Fyre (Arch Door) Wood Fireplace Insert and I can confidently share that the technology, efficiency, design, and overall performance of this unit has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love this unit... I burn 3 times less wood than my previous fireplace and the amount of heat output heats nearly our entire first floor (1200 square foot) of our home. Justin, my salesperson handled all my questions, requests, and follow-up in timely manner. His knowledge of this unit is extraordinary! The owner of the store, Adam, went so far above and beyond assisting me in the delivery and installation of the unit. This effort that Adam put forth far exceeded my expectations. On a scale of 1-10 to rate the overall performance, finished product, and Energy Unlimited, I am a 12! This is a great unit and a great company!

Couldn't be happier! Not only is the fireplace fabulous (fireplacextrordinair 34DVL) with a gas fire that looks absolutely like the real thing, with real looking embers, but even more important, the service was outstanding. Buddy is the best! He is a jack of all trades, can do every part of the job, the plumbing, electrical, and installation, but even better he knows how to improvise and adjust to make the end result just perfect. Adam was great as well, in helping us choose what would work best. No high pressure, just professionalism. Highly recommend buying a gas fireplace from this store.
