What a patient and caring staff. They take the time to talk with you and explain everything going on. They explain the options and cost clearly and plainly. Honestly, above and beyond all my expectations as far as service and care go.nIf you need proof angels exist: ask for Melissa. She was the answer to my prayers.

We appreciate the professional expertise and genuine caring of everyone at Upper Peninsula Audiology. Our Mom was the person getting new hearing aids, but she was really getting them for all of us. We wanted to be able to have enjoyable conversations with our Mom again. Everyone at Upper Peninsula Audiology continues to be kind, patient, encouraging and willing to help. We could not be happier.
