I can't say enough good things! Kyle was prompt when answering my emails and so kind when answering my many questions when he was doing the repairs. Kyle and I have worked closely on many roof jobs for my company. He is always very responsive and fast to check out any property that I request. He has traveled to many different areas and is a pleasure to work with. His entire team is very professional and do not have one complaint about them. I HIGHLY recommend his company. My wife and I are building a new home in Montrose and myself and family began roofing over Memorial weekend. We quickly decided that the roof was too challenging for us and I called Kyle at Compass Exteriors on Saturday. He answered the phone, on a Saturday, of a Holiday weekend and came out within a couple hours to give an estimate! Impressive! He even called a couple days later to say that they could start the project sooner than expected. Kyle, Bill, and the entire crew were professional, explained their methodology and how they best thought to complete the roof, and exceeded expectations at every turn. I'm picky about straight lines in shingles and perfect gullies and they are absolutely perfect! I'm happy about my experience and will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a roof. I will consider them for projects in the future for sure. My experience with Compass gives me confidence that my roof will last a long time and that I will have no worries.nThanks for such a great experience and thanks for treating me like an important customer!
