Love the staff. Always happy to see me and help in anyway they can. I wouldn't trust my health to anyone else.

I have been going here for quite a few years now and I typically see Megan when I go in, but have also seen some of the other PA's which I also have liked very much. They have always been so good to me and my husband there! I use my portal quite frequently and Megan, or whomever I am needing to reach is always super responsive on it! I recently was diagnosed with Covid and became very, very ill! My husband would call the office and ask for help with me and they would have me come up in the parking lot and Tracy would come out and administer whatever they needed for me. She also gave me relief by being nurturing to me and reassuring me I will be alright and get through it! For as sick as I was I really needed to hear that and so did my husband! They were super amazing about getting right on the phone and helping us through it all! All the girls in the office at the front desk Rana, Alayna, and Keirs ( I am probably spelling her name wrong) are always great with us as well! Amy is also a truly amazing human being and always so thoughtful, she asked how I had been doing and shared in similar stories and offered up a hug and prayers that were needed more than ever after what I had just been through...meant the world to me! They truly take the time to listen to you and you can feel and know that they really want to help you because they do care! Thank you ALL for everything you have done for me and my family over the years, especially recently...we have so much gratitude for all of the help, kindness, graciousness, and prayers you gave us during the rough time we experienced!

Let's start out by saying I'm an asthmatic I have wore the mask one time for an hr and it made it tuff to breath in, been coming do this doctors office for 25 years and it discussed me to think that I can be held hostage on my prescriptions because I wont wear a mask to have a office visit. My blood work is mandatory and I dont think that can be done over the phone.

Office hours are not the same as publicly listed. They promote excessive testing even if you have had previous testing done. Why do we need to risk exposure during a pandemic by attending monthly dr visits for non-narcotic prescribed medications? Oh, and they will only give you 1-2 months of meds at a time. Why do you need to monitor my heartburn that closely?nIf you bring complaints to the front desk they become rude and defensive instead of empathetic or helpful.

It's been a long time sense I've been this comfortable with a doctors office. Megan Fondren is fantastic. She's laid back, genuine and doesn't make you feel rushed. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room/exam room. Front desk and support staff have all been incredibly friendly and helpful.
