Doctor believes there is no pandemic and pushes religion down your throat. Receptionist wore mask below nose. Submitted complaints and reports to the county Health Department, Insurance, Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, and State of Michigan.

The doctor will listen to your concerns and is caring as well as the staff! Very pleasant team of workers!

This center treated me HORRIBLY, especially the Manager Theresa and Medical Assistant Toni. I started to work there and get to know everyone and become part of they’re team just for them to get rid of me on the FIRST DAY. Which I remind you, I have NEVER worked in a emergency setting before and they did EVERYTHING manually like we’re in 1928, WHICH she KNEW all of these things yet for her to tell the agency she didn’t want me anymore. Didn’t even give me a chance especially AFTER I told I would be shallowing my “trainer” then for her to say I didn’t do anything. This place can go to hell and I split from the agency because if these are the type of monsters you have to work for then count me out. I’m an Amazing, Hard Working person who goes above and beyond and I can do A LOT better than them.....Which I have. Good day.

Safety of patients and staff is a priority at Complete Care CenternI scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tindle following a positive Covid test as a follow up after my mandatory 10 day quarantine. I was in communication with the office about my positive Covid test and upon entering the front desk was masked and gloved and immediately placed me in a room away from any other patients. The nurse who came in to check my blood pressure demonstrated sanitary practices and was masked and wearing eye protection. After speaking with doctor Tindle about the symptoms he ordered a chest xray that was performed on site by a staff member wearing a n-95 mask and gown. Keep in mind according to the CDC I was no longer contagious but the staff and doctor continued to take every precaution possible. I am so thankful that I can get safe quality care and avoid the emergency room. I was prescribed medication that was filled on the spot and my copayment was taken by a staff member in complete PPE directly from my room. I was then shown out through a different entrance to avoid any exposure to the patient waiting area. I will continue to go to Complete Care Center for my treatment needs and appreciate their commitment to keeping the community safe.

Staff doesn’t protect patients from the Corona virus. Staff refuses to properly wear masks.
