I was calling to make an appointment for my daughter. Our family doctor referred us to Dr. Cherukuri. She would have been a new patient. Anyways, I was put on hold for around 10ish minutes and than hung up on. I called the office back and they had closed. Real professional! I will not be calling back! If they didn’t wanna bother with accepting a new patient they should have just said so. The doctor should be warned about her terrible, unprofessional, and lazy receptionist.

I contacted this office mid-December to see if Dr. Cherukuri would accept me as a new patient after recently moving to the area and finding out I was pregnant. I was told that I would receive a call back within a week to let me know if she would be able to accept me or not. After two weeks, the office contacted me and asked for more information before they’d be able to make a decision. I was slightly annoyed that it took them that long just to request more information, but provided what they asked for and was told to expect a decision within a few days. After waiting another week, I still hadn’t heard anything and reached out to the office myself. They still didn’t have a decision and promised to call me back the next day. Needless to say that didn’t happen. I waited over two weeks and never heard a thing from them, so contacted another local OBGYN who accepted me as a new patient within minutes and got me in that same week for a check up.nnAs of today, it’s been approximately a month since I originally called Dr. Cherukuri’s office and they just left me a voicemail a few minutes ago letting me know they wouldn’t be able to accept me as a new patient. Even if they had been willing to accept me, there is NO WAY I would’ve gone to this office and trusted them with facilitating the birth of my first child after such horrible service/follow up.

Dr. C, Erin OB PA, and Dr. Moreno go above and beyond for their patients. They saved my life the first time I had a baby. I am now 20 weeks away pregnant and Dr. C and Erin go above and beyond for me! Dr. C knows her stuff and is able to treat her patients with compassion!

Recently moved here from Oakland county and I loved my Gyn in Royal Oak. I was nervous to find a new doctor. Everyone here is amazing. I first met the PA (Erin I believe) she put me at ease and is so knowledgeable love her! Everyone from front desk ladies to ultrasound tech to both doctors are so sweet and easy to talk to. So happy I found your office!
