Corinne was amazing to work with every step of our vacation planning. She booked our family cruise on Norwegian, the entire process was seamless and stress free! Corinne had a great answer for each of my endless questions. When the cruise was cancelled due to Covid she was right there- facilitating the refund. Thanks Corrine! Thank goodness for Corinne! She took care of everything when COVID ruined our travel plans to Jamaica, this past March. She diligently worked on our refunds from the all-inclusive resort, our excursions, and airlines. I didn't have to lift a finger. The package that she hooked us up with looked great! Too bad we never got there to enjoy it.nWill absolutely use her again for my next travel plans!

Corinne was amazing to work with in planning what would have been a big 50th B-Day cruise for my husband. She listened to what we were looking for, asked questions I wouldn't have thought of, and within a day had pulled together several options for us to choose from. She included context around each, including her personal experiences as well as industry insights- to ensure we would pick the one best aligned to what we needed and wanted. Once we landed on the cruise itself, she went to work right away giving options and feedback around the onboard option (meals, drinks, extras, etc) and the shore excursions - which sites we should use, etc. She checked in continually as the time passed to confirm we were good, if we had any questions, had we booked our excursions (or did we want her to, as she would do that no problem!), etc. Once COVID hit, she checked in with us sometimes 3x a week on status from the cruise, and likelihood of cancellation. Once we knew for sure we wouldn't be travelling, she worked diligently to ensure we received full refunds for everything. I've been telling all my family and friends (as we collectively look forward to when we're able to travel again!) to use Corinne for all plans- she is simply awesome! I'll pretty much never plan a trip on my own again- Corinne is just too good!
