Annettia was very helpful in planning our trip. There were 10 of us going and she oversaw the details and made everything very easy. She followed up upon our return to make sure all went as planned. We had a wonderful trip.

Outstanding service. I'd never go through the hassle of setting up a trip when Diane makes it as simple and flawless as she does. As an example our last 2 vacations to the Bahamas were met with weather issues on the days of our return. When I contacted Diane to let her know, she was already aware of the potential for our flights to get canceled and had taken care of the situation by rerouting us to get around the weather and still get home on the same day as we had planned. Outstanding!!!

This travel agent is amazing. I consider myself a pretty good researcher and still after tracking down the very best deals I can find, Superior can usually beat them. If they can't beat them, they at least match them and then I have an experienced team on my side if something should go wrong. We have booked numerous family trips as well as romantic excursions for two using Superior. I couldn't believe how much they saved us on a week at Disney!nnWe always get great advice, help with any documents, reminders etc. Our specific experiences are with Diane, and she is just so helpful and informative. She's made calls on her day off for us just because she knew rates were changing!nnTravelling with Superior gives us great peace of mine when we are vacationing out of the country because we know we can make just one phone call and they will take care of the rest. We will only use Superior for all of our travel needs.
