If I could leave zero stars, I would. Worst post office in America. Lost mail, lost packages, late mail and packages or not delivered at all. Get other peoples mail, they get mine. Had to rent a P.O. box at another location to have a dependable place to get important mail. If there were any checks and balances in place, the entire staff should be fired and start over from scratch. Awful service!! When you call them out on it, there is always an excuse. If most people performed their jobs this poorly, they'd be fired!!
Mail delivery was great when I moved here in 2014. Stayed consistently so until something changed. I realize Garner Drain work is a pain, but mail coming super late when it didn’t before. Somewhere around 5 pm.
Carrier never delivers our packages and we always have to pick them up at the post office. He used to just leave them on the communal steps in our apartment building right inside the door, but won't leave them at our door because they don't want it to get stolen (even though it is the last apartment at the end of the hall and the doorway is hidden.) What sense does that make? That's what the postmaster said anyways. Instead of helping us he just tried to argue with my husband and I when we tried to ask him how that makes any sense. I saw that carrier taking a nap in his truck one day when he was supposed to be doing his job. Maybe that's why he can't do all his deliveries.
The most friendly caring staff. I run a small side business and ship my packages through Holly Post office and every time I go in they are the most helpful and most kind.
My carrier is unreal, leaves my outgoing mail in the box and doesnt take it at all even though my mail was in the box 2 hours before pickup and my flag was up.nThis is not the first time.nLazy carrier can't even pay attention.
