I rented 3 movies and tried to turn them in the next day but the local Redbox was shutdown so I called and made sure I wouldn't be charged for the days that the machine is down. I was told I would be refunded my money, but that is not what happened. They tried making me pay for days the machine was down. I've been on the phone for almost an hour trying to figure this out.nUpdate: after all the confusion I was told I would be charged 41 dollars and then refunded 37 which was fine but it's been 6 days since they've taken the 41 dollars and I've received no refund I would never recommend this Redbox it was a complete waste of money and time I now have to call again to ask why I haven't received my refund yet again
