This gym is nice and clean, and I had no problem with it until recently. I had a month by month membership (doesn't renew automatically) set up with the Flushing Snap Fitness. I moved away a couple months ago and haven't been to any Snap since. Today I got an email saying I owed $160 to the Linden Snap (even though I've always had my account set up with the Flushing one) for the past couple months. I called to try and straighten this out, and was told that my account had been automatically switched over to the Linden Snap because I had made a couple appearances there and they automatically signed me up for a membership that renews every month automatically. I was never told about this, and they wouldn't budge on the amount owed (no one on my account has been there in months, the cards weren't even working). I've been going to Snap Fitness for 10 years but I will not be coming back after this.
Last time I was in the gym it was dirty and dusty! I hope with them being closed that they take time to throughly clean it because it needs it. I won't be back until they clean it
Currently workout here on a regular basis and could not be happier. The place is always clean, management is always nice, and the equipment ranges from beginner levels to elite lifters. The trainers are always friendly and can answer any of your questions. The place is never packed either which is a bonus.
Great local gym, has everything I need. Nice and clean with friendly management (Bob’s the man!)
Used to be my go to gym, before they let the best trainer walk away because of the owners greed. Nice modern & clean equipment.
