Best place ever. I took a year off and I'm back, feel like I've never left.
So happy and grateful that I finally joined The Fit Box! If you want challenging, rewarding workouts with personable, knowledgeable, and motivating fitness instructors, this is the place to be. The workouts are challenging, yet they can be tailored to any fitness level. I am a competitive athlete, and I always leave feeling satisfied...and sweaty. So sweaty! Workouts include circuit, TKO, boxing, kickboxing, etc. I also love that this gym is reasonably-priced and that I can schedule all of my classes in advance on the MINDBODY phone app. Each instructor is unique and different in their own coaching styles. I love this place! I've been going for a few years now and I still feel challenged every class! Every workout is a little different and all of the trainers are amazing and motivating. I love my Fit Box family
Best workout classes in Fenton! All the instructors are very helpful and the classes are amazing. You will definitely get a total body workout every time you come to a Fit Box class! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Fenton area.
