Boomers is much more than a gym, it truly is a family and the positive energy you’ll feel when you walk in the door is unmatched. The staff truly care about their clients and helping them achieve their goals. They’ll work with you on your nutrition as well to make sure your success continues outside of the door. I love that the classes are 30-40 minutes long, easy enough to fit into a busy schedule. Don’t let the “short” class time fool you though, you’re going to break a sweat and see results! I’ve been going to Boomers for almost a year and I truly couldn’t be happier I joined.
