Amazing Yoga Studio!! If you're looking to start yoga or deepen your yoga journey....Soul is definitely the place to do it! The owner Jamie us truly amazing! But all the teachers there are SO great. You can choose from Yin to Slow Flow to Ashtanga to Vinyasa or even Soul Burn. I know they're going to extra efforts to stay clean & safe during the Covid 19 pandemic so its definitely safe to start practicing again. Just be sure to pre-register on Mind-body. Go in, move & breathe! That one hour of yoga can make everything so much better.

The teachers at Soul Yoga helped me completely transform my yoga practice from a habit to a mind-body-soul practice. Through top-notch teaching and the instructors’ abilities to make you feel seen & heard, I’ve found a loving community to learn & grow with. The owner, Jamie, and every instructor make it a point to make you feel at home during your first class, and the yogis who have been at Soul for awhile will welcome you with a smile ud83dude0a I’m moving out-of-state in a month and will use Soul as my “gold standard” when searching for a new yoga studio. If you are looking for a space that welcomes you, exactly where you are today, this is your space! From the moment I stepped into Soul, I've discovered a life changing practice, being led by some of the most inspiring teachers! If you are looking for a yoga house, you deserve Soul!

I can't say enough how much I love Soul Yoga! They have something for everyone and the instructors are so much more than just that. I love going multiples times a week and have a special place in my heart for Mad's restorative class!
