Horribly rude stout and short girl there. Only reason I've ever continued to come here is for the other nice employees. I can not believe this post office is still in business due to the poor unprofessional management that is clearly uneducated on dealing with customers. As so many people in the town have stopped using their services due to this woman. Waiting for the day when she is fired. As corporate has been contacted and many complaints of her actuons filed. Unprofessional, horrible people skills, and much bitterness from her.nDo not do service via USPS with Mackinaw City. Go elsewhere or resort to FedEx like all the people I know have done.
Great staff that are courteous and caring, especially in these hard times. They go out of their way to help their customers feel special and try to brighten everyone’s day

Why the hell is this place closed in the middle of the day for lunch? Thats when the hell most people go to the post office. The city's entire population is like 500 people so there is no reason to close the entire office for an hour. What dingbat thought this was a good idea?
