I have been a member of Snap fitness off and on for several years. The pandemic has hit so many businesses very hard and I understand the position that they are in but to carelessly announce 24/7 and no mask requirements is a serious health risk. When a business prioritizes profits over community health I cannot agree. They are being very difficult in canceling my membership and refusing to refund membership fees. I cannot risk my health for their benefit. Time to find another gym.
Before the shut down I stopped in to do a one month membership. I asked to not put my card on file because I was living for a deployment. I just noticed that they had been charging me all along. When I called to ask for a refund they stated if I didn't record the conversation then they won't refund my money. Although they confirmed I haven't been in since January. The guy that works there is a SCUMBAG.
Love our time there. Manager friendly.
Eric is an amazing fitness trainer, and the facility is always well kept. Worth every dollar.
I go here everyday and its a great place to work out. The equipment and work out areas are very clean and so are the bathrooms and showers! Everything you need to get your workout in
